All sales are final on Statements & Styles unless there is a problem with shipping. We offer videos before purchase, please request. If an item is damaged in shipping the delivery company will let us know. If your item arrives and it doesn't match the listing in condition, brand, or size, let us know. Please email the dispute/return or reach out to our team within 48 hours after your item is delivered with evidence of the discrepancies.

If you request a dispute after the 48-hour window expires, sale is final.
Here is how to file a dispute:
Email us and include- Order number, name, address, phone number and issue with pictures
Please note that disputes must be submitted within 48 hours after the item is delivered, so please submit as soon as possible. Once that period passes, we cannot be accountable for any item discrepancies
How long does it take to finalize the dispute request?
Our team will review all evidence from the delivery team and buyer to reach a conclusion that’s fair to all parties. It typically takes seven to ten business days to finalize the dispute request. If their was confusion in- size or brand and a refund is applicable, buyer will still be liable for the all shipping costs.
In the case of a self-pickup, the buyer must inspect items carefully at the pickup location. If a buyer notices any discrepancies with the item, they should not take the item with them. Otherwise, our return policy and money-back guarantee will not apply.
